Our hand-poured candles are crafted in small batches with clean-burning wax and phthalate-free fragrances—perfect for client appreciation, employee recognition, corporate events, holiday gifting, or realtor closing gifts.
How It Works
1. Secure Your Consultation
A $50 consultation fee is required to begin the design process. This covers your custom consultation, planning, and proposal creation. For orders over $500, this fee is included in your final pricing. For smaller inquiries or cancellations, the fee is non-refundable as it compensates for our design time.
2. Design Your Gift
We'll discuss quantity, scent preferences, packaging options, branding opportunities, and timeline to create a custom proposal.
3. Custom Quote
You'll receive detailed pricing and a clear production timeline. No surprises.
4. Handcrafted & Delivered
Your gifts are poured, finished, and delivered with care—ready to impress.
Pricing (per candle, minimum 4 candles)
8oz Glow Jar or Infinity Tin:
- 4-pack: $22.40 each (20% off retail) – $89.60 total
- 8-pack: $21.00 each (25% off retail) – $168 total
- 12-pack: $19.60 each (30% off retail) – $235.20 total
- 16+ pack: $19.60 each (30% off retail)

- Burn time: Up to 60 hours
Candles are sold as complete presentation pieces. Individual components or custom configurations are not available for orders under 25 units.

Delivery
Standard delivery: Included for orders over $200
Beautifully packaged and ready to gift.
Service area: East Coast Florida from Vero Beach to Palm Beach (Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach counties).
For deliveries outside our service area, shipping will be quoted separately.
Timeline & Availability
Standard lead time: 2-3 weeks from deposit and design approval
Rush orders: May be available with additional fee (subject to production calendar)
Holiday Ordering Policy
To ensure we can over-deliver on quality and meet your expectations, we observe the following guidelines during peak seasons:
November 15 - December 31 (Holiday Season)
- No rush orders accepted
- All holiday orders must be placed by October 1
- Extended lead times apply (6-8 weeks)
- Limited availability for new consultations after September 15
April 15 - May 15 (Mother's Day Season)
- All Mother's Day orders must be placed by March 15
- Rush orders subject to availability and 30% fee
