Our hand-poured candles are crafted in small batches with a custom blend of cocoa-soy & apricot wax and phthalate-free fragrances—perfect for client appreciation, employee recognition, corporate events, holiday gifting, or realtor closing gifts. Together with our customers and through our Greenspark partnership, Marina Made It contributes to global reforestation and ocean plastic recovery with every order placed.
Corporate gifting pricing reflects our full-service consultation, custom production, and delivery coordination. Wholesale pricing is available exclusively for retail resellers via our Wholesale program.

Secure Your Consultation
A $50 consultation fee is required to begin the design process and must be scheduled within 30 days of payment. The fee is credited towards your order and is non-refundable. -
Design Your Gift
We'll discuss quantity, scent preferences, packaging options, branding opportunities, and timeline to create a custom proposal. -

You'll receive detailed pricing and a clear production timeline. No surprises. -

Standard Bulk Orders

- 12–23 units: $24.00 each (25% off retail)
- 24–47 units: $22.40 each (30% off retail)
- 48+ units: $20.80 each (35% off retail)

- Candle care and safety label on the bottom

Includes the full coastal presentation: responsibly hand-foraged Florida shells, coastal sand, monogrammed wax seal, and hand-tied hang tag with destination narrative.
- 12–23 units: $29.00 each (10% off retail)
- 24–47 units: $27.00 each (15% off retail)
- 48+ units: $26.00 each (20% off retail)

Your candles arrive in ECT-certified boxes of four — sturdy, protected, and shelf-ready for easy storage until you are ready to gift them. Beautiful as is. No additional charge.
Retail Window Box — +$10.00 per candle
A compact kraft window box dressed with the Marina Made It logo on top, the destination poem down one side, and the candle name on the front beneath the cut-out window — a complete branded presentation, ready to hand to your client as-is. Includes a blank kraft card and envelope for your personal message. Text personalization available on request — contact us to discuss.
Presentation Gift Box — +$15.00 per candle
The full unboxing experience: a dramatic kraft presentation box with eco paper grass fill cradling the candle, the destination poem and candle name printed inside the lid, subtle MMI botanical candle logo on the lid top, raffia or other cording tied around the box. Includes a blank kraft card and envelope for your personal message. Text personalization available on request — contact us to discuss.
Custom front label text — $50 per order
Your company name, client name, or short message replaces the product name on our signature silver foil label (up to 20 characters). Marina Made It branding remains on the lid, hang tag, and bottom label.
Flame-free wax melt option — available by request
A beautifully presented alternative for recipients who prefer no open flame. Contact us to discuss.

Choosing Your Scent
Before you commit to your order, we'll send you wickless scent tin samples so you can experience each fragrance cold — the truest read on how a scent will live in a room. Choose with confidence.
Shipping & Delivery
Local delivery is available for qualifying orders within our service area and is quoted separately. Shipping is available for all other locations, quoted based on order size and destination.
Service area for local delivery: East Coast Florida from Vero Beach to Palm Beach (Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach counties).
All orders are produced and delivered in full upon completion. Storage, staged delivery, and ongoing fulfillment are not available.
Timeline & Availability
Standard lead time: 2–3 weeks from deposit and design approval
Rush orders: May be available with additional fee (subject to production calendar)
Holiday Ordering Policy
To ensure we can over-deliver on quality and meet your expectations, we observe the following guidelines during peak seasons:
November 15 – December 31 (Holiday Season)
- No rush orders accepted
- All holiday orders must be placed by October 1
- Extended lead times apply (6–8 weeks)
- Limited availability for new consultations after September 15
April 15 – May 15 (Mother's Day Season)
- All Mother's Day orders must be placed by March 15
- Rush orders subject to availability and 20% fee
Why we do this: Our candles are handcrafted in small batches. During peak seasons, we prioritize quality over quantity to ensure every order receives the care and attention it deserves. Planning ahead allows us to deliver the premium experience you expect.
Order, Cancellation & Satisfaction Policy
All Marina Made It business orders are custom and made-to-order. Because each order is produced specifically for you, the following terms apply:
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms.
Cancellations: Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is requested before production begins, the deposit is retained and no further charges apply.
Production & Delivery: All orders are completed and delivered in a single production run. This ensures consistency in fragrance, finish, and presentation across every candle in your order. Drip delivery, staged fulfillment, and storage are not available.
Quality & Damages: We stand behind every candle we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours with photos at marinamadeit4u@gmail.com. We will work with you to make it right — whether through replacement, credit, or a carrier claim. We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order products.
Balance Due: The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or shipment.
