Each candle is hand-poured in small batches with premium coconut-soy-apricot wax and phthalate-free fragrances, then finished with thoughtful details that elevate your event aesthetic.

How It Works

1. Secure Your Consultation
A $50 consultation fee is required to begin the design process. This covers your custom consultation, planning, and mock-up creation. For orders over $500, this fee is included in your final pricing. For smaller inquiries or cancellations, the fee is non-refundable as it compensates for our design time.

2. Design Consultation
We'll discuss your event details, preferred scents, color palette, packaging style, and timeline to create a custom proposal tailored to your vision.

3. Custom Quote & Mock-Up
You'll receive detailed pricing, a visual mock-up for approval, and a production timeline. No surprises, just clarity.

4. Handcrafted & Delivered
Your favors are poured, finished, and delivered with care—ready to delight your guests.

Mini Favor Format (2oz candle tin in kraft basket)

Minimum 50 favors

Our most popular option for events—petite, giftable, and beautifully presented.

Each favor includes:

100-149 favors: $12 each
150+ favors: $10 each

Delivery & Setup

Standard Delivery: Included for orders over $500
Beautifully packaged and ready to place, with coordinated delivery timing.

Service area: East Coast Florida from Vero Beach to Palm Beach (Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach counties).

Professional Event Setup: $150
On-site placement and styling of all favors at your venue.
Available for Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach counties.

For events outside our service area, favors can be shipped beautifully packaged and ready to place (shipping quoted separately).

Timeline & Availability

Standard lead time: 4-6 weeks from deposit and design approval
Rush orders: Available with 20% fee (subject to production calendar availability)

Holiday Ordering Policy

To ensure we can over-deliver on quality and meet your expectations, we observe the following guidelines during peak seasons:

November 15 - December 31 (Holiday Season)

No rush orders accepted
All holiday orders must be placed by October 1
Extended lead times apply (6-8 weeks)
Limited availability for new consultations after September 15

April 15 - May 15 (Mother's Day Season)

All Mother's Day orders must be placed by March 15
Rush orders subject to availability and 30% fee
