Our wholesale program is designed for boutique owners, gift shops, and retailers who value quality, storytelling, and products that sell themselves. Together with our customers and through our Greenspark partnership, Marina Made It contributes to global reforestation and ocean plastic recovery with every order placed.
Please note: We do not offer consignment arrangements. All wholesale orders are purchased outright.

Wholesale Pricing
8oz Glow Jar — $16 per candle
Suggested retail: $38 — approximately 50–58% retailer margin depending on retail price
Every Marina Made It wholesale candle ships fully finished:

- Monogrammed wax seal

The Scenter — Cold-Throw Display Tin
A compact, wickless smelling sample finished with a sprinkle of coastal sand and a shell fragment responsibly collected from Florida's shoreline — the same materials as your candles. One complimentary Scenter included with every new scent ordered. Place it open on your shelves or make it available to let customers experience the fragrance and aesthetic before they commit. No open inventory. No guesswork at the register.
Prefer a cleaner presentation? Direct wholesale partners may request a minimized finish — the candle without coastal embellishments — for a streamlined, label-forward look. Available on direct orders only. Contact us to discuss.
Co-Brand Label Add-On — +$5.00 per candle
Replace the front product name label with your store name or city name (up to 20 characters, metallic label consistent with all Marina Made It branding). All text approved before printing. Available on direct orders only.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
To protect brand consistency, we ask all retail partners to honor a minimum advertised price of $32.00. This ensures a consistent brand experience for customers wherever they discover Marina Made It.

Holiday Ordering Policy
To ensure we can over-deliver on quality and meet your expectations, we observe the following guidelines during peak seasons:
November 15 – December 31 (Holiday Season)
- No rush orders accepted
- All holiday orders must be placed by October 1
- Extended lead times apply (6–8 weeks)
- Limited availability for new orders after September 15
April 15 – May 15 (Mother's Day Season)
- All Mother's Day orders must be placed by March 15
- Rush orders subject to availability and 30% fee
Why we do this: Our candles are handcrafted in small batches. During peak seasons, we prioritize quality over quantity to ensure every order receives the care and attention it deserves. Planning ahead allows us to deliver the premium experience your customers expect.
Order, Cancellation & Satisfaction Policy
All Marina Made It wholesale orders are purchased outright and made-to-order for direct partners. The following terms apply:
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production on direct orders. By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms.
Cancellations: Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is requested before production begins, the deposit is retained and no further charges apply.
Production & Delivery: All orders are completed and delivered in a single production run. This ensures consistency in fragrance, finish, and presentation across every candle in your order. Drip delivery, staged fulfillment, and storage are not available.
Quality & Damages: We stand behind every candle we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours with photos at marinamadeit4u@gmail.com. We will work with you to make it right — whether through replacement, credit, or a carrier claim. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
Balance Due: The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or shipment.
