Refund policy
If you have a--legit--concern, just contact us: marinamadeit4u@gmail.com. We are here to help. That said, as a rule of thumb, we have a 30-day return policy window, which means customers have 30 days after receiving their items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition received: unused, with tags, and in original product packaging and shipping containers. We also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After inspection, if a return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send back the package safely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect the order upon arrival, take pictures, and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or not the right order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items that cannot be resold), clearance or discontinued items, and unsealed personal care item (such as skincare products) due to hygienic practices. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We really want to find a good solution for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is simply to return the unwanted item and--once the return is accepted--make a separate purchase for the preferred item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days--for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition received--unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and shipping. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the return, and if approved, you will be automatically refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for banks or credit card companies to process and post your refund.
What cannot be returned? Gift Cards, Clearance Items, Broken-Sealed items (such as Bath or Skincare Products).
