Marrakech does not sleep so much as shift. After the last call to prayer, the medina — the ancient walled city — settles into something unhurried and deeply sensory. The spice merchants have closed their stalls, but the air still carries cardamom and clove, cinnamon and ginger, the ghost of a thousand transactions. Neroli drifts from bitter orange trees in the courtyards of the riads. Geranium grows in terracotta pots along the narrow passages. Cedar and fir from the Atlas Mountains cool the night air. This candle captures Marrakech after dark — not the spectacle, but the stillness beneath it.
Marrakech's medina is a UNESCO World Heritage site, one of the best-preserved medieval Islamic cities in the world, where the souks have traded in spice, leather, and cedar for over a thousand years.

Candle Safety Guidelines
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use
• Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Extinguish candle when ½ inch of wax remains
• Keep burning candles at least 3 inches apart
• Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out flame to extinguish
